Philusa Corporation operates nationwide. Aside from the Main Office in Metro Manila, Philusa has a network of thirteen branches that are located in the prime business centers of the country.


Philusa's regionalized operations in Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao intend to give more focus to its services and other related activities. Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao are each headed by a regional Sales Manager under whom are the Branch Managers who are given full authority to run the branch operations. The Metro Manila area is also headed by a Regional Sales Manager under which are six special teams. All Regional Sales Managers report directly to the President. All salesmen are given service vehicle and are required to cover their customers once a week except for rural/remote areas where coverage is done every other week or once a month.


Providing support in terms of funds, inventories and promotions are the Finance and Administration, the Procurement and Logistics, and the Corporate Products Group, respectively.


All branches are equipped with complete facilities in order to deliver an excellent service.


Not only that Philusa wants to achieve relative competitive advantage comparable to the distribution giants, but it also believes that, with an extensive network and more focused operations, its services including full coverage and speedy delivery, will best satisfy the needs of its numerous clients.
