The Management is committed in giving its employees the support they need to carry out their role in the quality improvement process. A Quality Steering Team was created to lead and guide the frontliners towards the implementation of the Quality Improvement Projects. Mr. Arlan C. Dimalanta leads the Quality Steering Team with members, namely: Mr. Manny Baylosis; Ms. Julie Brandes; Mr. Dennis Domingo; Ms. Cristy de Guzman; Mr. Ed Moreno; Ms. Yolly Salimbao; and Ms. Rose Panganiban, as the Chairperson of the Quality Trainor Team or “Cuties”. Members of the Quality Trainor Team include Ms. Rose Tabien, Ms. Annielyn Brosas, Mr. Dexter Darlucio, Mr. Alvin Benipayo and Mr. Morris Fabros. The “Cuties” are certified quality trainors of Todo Customer Satisfaction workshops.
The first Todo Customer Satisfaction Workshop for frontliners was conducted at the Main Office on September 7, 2006 and the series of workshops culminated successfully in Naga Branch on October 14, 2006. The TCS workshop facilitation totalled13 batches for frontliners and 3 batches for managers and supervisors aimed to increase awareness on quality improvement and customer satisfaction while fostering employee ownership and responsibility on quality of products and services.
