How To Join
1. Any customer who purchased at least PhP100.00 worth of Philusa product(s) in any Mercury Drug branch is eligible to join.
2. A single receipt of at least PhP100.00 worth of Philusa product(s) purchased in any Mercury Drug branch entitles the consumer to one raffle entry.
3. If the total purchase of Philusa products is at least PhP200.00, a participating customer can request from Mercury Drug cashier to break it into several receipts of at least PhP100.00 worth each to have more raffle entries.
4. The participating customer should write his/her full name, address, telephone or mobile phone number and signature at the back of every Mercury Drug receipt with at least PhP100.00 worth of Philusa product(s) and drop the receipt in the “Tatak Philusa, Panalo Ka” drop box.
5. The more Mercury Drug receipts with at least PhP100.00 worth of Philusa product(s), the more entries and chances of winning in the raffle.
Promo Period, Draw Dates and Raffle Prizes
1. Promo Duration : June 1 – December 23, 2011
2. There will be six (6) monthly draws to be held at Philusa Corporation office located at #28 Shaw Boulevard, Pasig City.
3. The cut-off date or deadline for the submission of entries for the monthly draw is every 30th of the month.
4. The following are the schedules of monthly draws and the prizes to be given away:

5. The Grand Draw will be on December 23, 2011.
6. The cut-off date for the Grand Draw is until December 10, 2011.
7. The following prizes are to be given away during the Grand Draw:
a. Consolation Prizes:
20 winners of Mercury Drug Gift Certificates (GCs) worth PhP10,000.00 each.
b. Grand Prizes:
Three (3)units of Hyundai i10 car. One unit for each of the three (3) Grand Raffle winners
Note: Mercury Drug Gift Certificates (GCs) are valid until one (1) year from the date of issuance
8. An authorized DTI representative will witness each raffle draw and will validate each winning entry.
Limitations on the Winning Entries and Prizes
1. Entries not drawn in the previous monthly draw(s) will not be included anymore in the succeeding monthly draws but will still be qualified in the Grand Draw.
2. A participant can only win once per monthly draw date. However, the previous monthly winners can still win in the succeeding monthly draws provided that they drop valid raffle entries within the particular monthly raffle draw period.
3. In the Grand Draw, if a name is drawn more than once, the winner will get the bigger prize.
4. The tax due for Hyundai i10 car prize including the car registration and insurance shall be shouldered by each winner.
5. All the raffle prizes are not convertible to cash.
Informing the Winners and Claiming of Prizes
1. Winners shall be notified via telephone call and registered mail from an authorized Philusa Corporation personnel within 15 days from draw dates.
2. Acceptance of the prize constitutes the permission to use the winner’s name and image for advertising purposes without further notice, unless prohibited by law.
3. Winners have 60 days from receipt of notification to redeem their prizes. To claim the prizes, winners must present the registered mail notification and two (2) valid Identification Cards (IDs).
4. Winners of Mercury Drug gift certificates (GCs) who are residing in Metro Manila can only claim their GCs from Philusa Corporation office located at #28 Shaw Boulevard, Pasig City.
5. GC winners residing in provincial areas will be endorsed by designated Philusa representatives to the nearest Mercury Drug branch for GC redemption.
6. Grand Winners may claim their prizes through the following:
a. GMA and Luzon Winners – Claim at Philusa Corporation main office located at #28 Shaw Boulevard, Pasig City;
b. Visayas and Mindanao Winners – A Philusa representative will be coordinating with winners to properly endorse them to the nearest Hyundai accredited dealers to redeem Hyundai i10 grand prize.
7. Employees of Philusa Corporation and other subsidiaries of Mercury Group of Companies, Inc., and SLG Advertising, including their relatives up to the 3rd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join this promo.
